More than just an apartment, this is a home with a very special energy. It's the kind of place where people naturally slow down, feel at ease, and settle in within moments. Filled with natural light, thoughtful design, plants, and peaceful spaces filled with love, it creates a genuine feeling of coming home.

This apartment reflects everything I've learned about creating places where people truly love to live—not just stay. Comfortable workspaces, inviting common areas, thoughtful details, and a balance between productivity, connection, and relaxation are all part of the experience.

One of my favorite rituals is enjoying the sunrise from my terrace or having a sea view coffee in my hammock, or simply a sunset drink & homemade dinner overlooking the Mediterranean and the beautiful port. During the weekend I also love to relax while watching a movie on the big projector on the wall, or play piano balads with the sea view. Anytime, you can head down the street to enjoy pub crawls and fresh local food. Yet, from the bedroom, you'll hear no noise and can sleep in complete peace. Indeed, we're in the Palma's vibrant center, located in Paseo Maritimo & walking distance from Santa Catalina. Surrounded with cafés, restaurants, bars, public transports, parkings, the marina, and the waterfront, all within walking distance.

The apartment is ideal for remote work, with fast Wi-Fi, comfortable workspaces, and plenty of natural light. I have setup my favourite desk with an ergonomic chair, second screen, sea view and close to the A/C, and another desk in the private double bedroom, and you can of course also work from the large dining table, the 2 sofas or the outside table. Whether you're exploring Mallorca, planning your next digital nomad trip or enjoying a quiet morning overlooking the sea, you'll have everything you need to feel at home.

Feliz and Amor are gentle, curious, and incredibly loving Siamese cats. If you enjoy the calming presence of animals, you'll quickly understand why they're such a special part of the home. I'm simply looking for fellow cat lovers who will enjoy their company and care for them as if they were their own.

As this is a real home, caring for it is part of the experience. The only thing I ask is that you take good care of Feliz & Amor by keeping their water bowl full and scooping the litter box once a day. They'll reward you with plenty of love and cuddles! The plants will also appreciate a little water when needed, usually every 2-3 days.
