Four Exciting Announcements

Hello, Members of Trade to Travel and Owners of Luxury Leisure Assets Worldwide,

Today I have 4 exciting announcements to make, at least one of which may well be of great interest to you. If any of the 4 causes you to give us a call, we'll be delighted to hear from you!

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT #1... Deborah Rath Howell, our globe-roaming travel writer/reviewer is making her extraordinary narrative and audio services available to members of TTT at extremely reasonable rates. If you haven't checked out "The Voice of Rath" on our website, I highly suggest that you do (the story of her latest trip, to T943 in Pacific Palisades, is as enchanting as each of her previous tales). Deborah is one of the best travel writers in the world and her voice is pure magic.

If you own a fabulous property which you'd like her to visit, please give us a call and we will put you in touch with her. At $1 per word for her written narratives and approximately $600 - $1000 for her audio presentations (depending on whether you provide the script or she writes it), I consider Deborah's services to be an exceptional value and an extra special opportunity.

To hear the audio presentation which she did for TTT, go to the home page of our site and (just below the first paragraph) click on, "Click here to listen to an Introduction to TTT." We love it! And she can do something equally wonderful for you. As an added bonus, each of the properties she visits will be featured in "The Voice of Rath" (for at least two weeks) and both the narrative and the audio can be featured free of charge in your property's profile in our database.

Speaking of Deborah's TTT audio presentation, I'm looking for someone to create something spectacular for the screen which displays while the audio runs. If you happen to know someone who's a master of "StandOut" or some other leading-edge presentation software, I'd love to speak to him/her.

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT #2... TTT will soon have local offices in each of the world's major destinations. We are currently seeking and putting together teams of at least 2 people each to operate franchises in every great city, in every resort town, on every island, and in every highly desirable locale in every country. Each team will consist of at least one full time sales/field person and one full time office person. All team members will have strong written, verbal, organizational, and people skills. We're looking for individuals with all of the right contacts in each location (or those who can quickly create relationships with all of the right people). Those who deal in luxury properties (realtors, builders, developers, and vacation rental agencies) are ideal candidates.

Each franchise shall be granted exclusive rights/privileges to market TTT within a specific territory and to operate its office(s) therein. For their efforts, franchisees shall receive 50% of any/all monies generated by their team (both from bringing on new members in their area and from fulfilling trade requests from our corporate office). TTT shall not provide the initial monies which will be needed to open/operate a TTT franchise, rather the funding of the opening and operation of each office shall be the responsibility of the person/team to whom TTT franchise rights/privileges are granted. Each franchise shall be expected to bring on an average of at least 10 new properties per month (each valued at $1 million or more) over the course of its first year in order to retain its franchise rights. TTT shall train its franchisees in its policies, procedures, sales practices and methods of operation, and franchisees shall agree to operate their business accordingly.

If you or someone you know would be interested in (and qualified for) operating a a TTT franchise in a particular destination, please let us know. The next 6 months are going to be a thrill at TTT and we're eager to select and bring together the individuals who will be working with us to make TTT happen on a grand scale.

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT #3... TTT is doing a LOT of good in the world and is poised to do far more. Whereas the work that we've done thus far for a handful of great charities has been constrained by our need to not give away a significant percentage of our most lavish availabilities to auction winners at fundraising events rather than our members, TTT has now established a structure for working with non-profits which will enable us to raise much more money for many more organizations.

In a nutshell, this new structure is as follows:

We ask each of the organizations with whom we work to contact each of their supporters and everyone coming to their next fundraising event (via email, a phone call, and/or snail mail) to let them know that Trade to Travel will be offering a "Double Your Money, Quadruple Your Impact" deal to all interested parties (whether or not they're able to make it to an event), and to direct them to our website at www.TradeToTravel.com so that they can preview our unparalleled selection of exceptional properties worldwide.

Rather than donating one or two auction items, we will make available to everyone who wishes to purchase one, a "Double Your Money, Quadruple Your Impact" certificate. The certificates will be available in increments of $5,000 - $25,000.

Each person purchasing a certificate will receive DOUBLE their money in the form of luxury vacation accommodations worldwide, based upon availabilities.

For example, when someone purchases a $20,000 certificate, he/she will receive $40,000 worth of accommodations (which is equal to 100 TTT Points). TTT points never expire and may be used any way they wish (all at once for an over-the-top experience or divided into 5 or 10 weeks in various destinations throughout 31 countries). Btw, we will always notify current members and/or potential members when a request for their property is from a "certificate holder" rather than from a member so that each owner can choose for himself/herself whether or not to accept the request.

For each certificate sold, the charity will receive 1/2 of the price of the certificate and the other 1/2 will be paid to TTT to cover our expenses. TTT will, in turn, use the majority of this money to grow our Sales and Marketing department to actively bring new properties into TTT to fulfill the increased demand created by the increased work we'll be doing with charities So, each certificate purchased benefits not only the charity which offered it, but also the many charities with which TTT already works and the innumerable causes and organizations we'll work with in the near future (hence the name of our offer, "Double Your Money, Quadruple Your Impact").

Since there's no limit to the number of certificates which a non-profit can offer, there's no limit to the amount of money they can raise.

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT #4... On July 18, my sister, Jennifer Hardy (TTT's Director of Business Development), gave birth to Jack Benjamin Hardy. He's perfect in every way and both mother and son are doing fabulously. I have a nephew!!
