Step out your door to the free Park City bus loop which takes you to Deer Valley, Park City, and Canyons ski areas. The house is only 3 years old and has all brand new furnishings. Just a two minute drive to the ski slopes, snow tubing park, golf course, driving range, swimming pool and restaurant. Drive just up the street to the mountain overlook and go hiking or hunting. The nearby Massanutten Water Park just opened is December 2005! Our lovely front deck looks out onto the secluded court and green area and the large deck in the back views a large wooded area where deer and other wildlife may be spotted. The upstairs great room features a large sectional with pullout couch facing a gas fireplace and has a 27 inch TV with 200 digital cable channels, a DVD player, surround sound theater and VCR. The dining room table is 9 feet long and seats 10 - 12 people comfortably. The maple kitchen is fully appointed with a banquette that seats 8 children or 6 adults. The master suite offers a king bed and 20 inch TV with digital cable. The two remaining upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds with cozy down comforters.
