Hello members of TTT and owners of luxury properties worldwide,

There's been another exciting evolution in the work we do with charities.  Since many event organizers like to offer specific properties in their live auctions and silent auctions, we're arranging for property owners to receive 25% of their rental rates in cash and 75% in points when they donate weeks to non-profit organizations.  Participating property owners can offer high season weeks, holidays, and/or low season weeks (as many as you'd like, please let us know if you wish to participate).  It's an ideal way to cover costs while doing maximum good. 
 
Properties are available to charities at 40% of rental rate.  For example, if the winning bid is 100% of the rental value, the charity gets 60% of the rental value.  If the winning bid is 75% of the value, the charity keeps 35% of the value (in other words, charities keep all monies bid above 40% of value).
 
There's no risk.  If the minimum bid of 40% isn't met, the property is simply withdrawn from the auction and there's no cost to the charity.  No monies are due until after the event.
