TTT is ideal for those who travel at least once or twice each year and who own vacation properties in popular vacation destinations, major cities, and/or exotic locales. Properties must be in excellent condition. Quality interior and exterior photographs are required.   2. Agree to host one or more high season weeks each year.

Process for Membership
  1. Complete our quick and easy membership application.
  2. Submit $2500 membership fee (or agree to host one high season week, membership fee is waived or refunded if you host one or more high season weeks within 6 months of becoming a member).
  3. Provide quality interior and exterior photographs.
  4. Provide verifiable rental rates (to be used to assign point values). If your property is not a rental property, we will research comparable properties in the area to assign point values.
  5. References required.
  6. If you wish to take advantage of our "New Member Option" to purchase points, please let us know.


New Member Option

Within the first 30 days of membership, new members may purchase UP TO THREE (3) WEEKS of points at $250 per point. For example, if your property is 5 points per week during high season, you may purchase up to 15 points.

Since each point represents $1,000 of rental value, purchasing points at $250 represents an exceptional value.
