You may come into TTT for a one-time membership fee of $2495 with a clean slate of zero points. Or, if you're interested in receiving a FREE membership, please give our office a call at 1.800.922.6001 to ask if we currently have any requests from our members for a property such as yours. If we do (which will be highly likely because we always have requests from members for all sorts of properties in all sorts of locations) and if you agree to host a member as part of your membership agreement, then you will receive complimentary membership in TTT as a "thank you" gift from us for making one of your fellow members happy.

Once your application has been accepted, you may choose to purchase UP TO THREE (3) WEEKS of points at $100 per point. This is known as our “New Member Option.” For example, if your property is valued at 10 points per week in the TTT system, you may purchase up to 30 points @ $100 per point.

QUESTION:  “Could you please explain why I would choose to purchase points when I become a member of Trade to Travel”?

ANSWER:  Since each point in TTT is equal to $400 of rental value, purchasing points for $100 represents an exceptional value.  For example, if your property is valued at 10 points per week in the TTT system, you may purchase up to 30 points and those 30 points would cost you $3000. Considering that each point represents $400 of rental value, those same 30 points are worth $12,000 on the rental market!

Purchasing points allows you to TRAVEL IMMEDIATELY (or as soon as you wish).  Otherwise, you will need to wait for a member to visit your home in order to receive the points necessary to “Trade to Travel.”

Also, ONLY new members are allowed to purchase points (this is to protect the balance of points within our system).  Thereafter, points may only be “earned” by hosting your fellow TTT members.

The reason that we make this one-time “New Member Offer” is to get each new member “playing” within the system – because we know, from 15 years of experience, that once you’ve experienced a Trade to Travel vacation, you’ll be a TTT “player” for life”!

2. Provide between 1 and 10 quality interior and exterior photographs of your property.
3. Provide verifiable Weekly Rental Value(s) - to be used to assign TTT Point Value(s).  If your property is not a rental property, we will research comparable properties in the same geographic location and use those comparisons to assign a Point Value (or range of point values which fluctuate seasonally) for your property.
4. Provide 3 references.
5. Review and agree to abide by Trade to Travel’s Terms and Conditions.
6. Pay the one-time Membership Fee of $2495.
7. If you wish to purchase one week of points under the “New Member Option,” please indicate this on your Invoice (which is the third page of the Membership Application).
8. If you wish to purchase 2 or 3 weeks of points, we ask that you make one high season week (in the current or coming high season) available to your fellow TTT members.  Please email us or give us a call at 800-922-6001 to let us know which week you would like to make available.
