We have been in business 20 years and were the inventors of luxury home exchange and non-reciprocal vacation home exchange. TTT members are an international audience of high net worth individuals, all of whom own luxury vacation properties. If you are a realtor or the owner of a vacation property which is for sale, we will be happy to build a profile for your property(ies) free of charge. We ask no commission for sales which result from listings on our website. All we ask is that the owner of each property make one or more high season weeks available to members of TTT in exchange for points which they can use at their convenience to enjoy 90% savings on wonderful properties worldwide. Membership in TTT is transferable and points never expire. When a property sells, membership can be transferred to the new owner free of charge (membership is normally $2500). Points accrued by property owners and/or Affiliates can be enjoyed at their convenience and/or points can be transferred to the new owners. TTT points make great buyer incentives. They also make great staff incentives. Each point represents $1000. Owners may ask for a cleaning fee when "hosting" their fellow members. Via TTT, the key to one vacation property opens the doors to thousands of vacation homes, villas, chalets, yachts, castles, estates, enchanting inns and boutique hotels, bed and breakfasts, flats, spas, penthouses and private islands. For owners of fully furnished properties which are available for sale and/or vacation rental, membership in "Trade to Travel" is the perfect way to maximally leverage weeks which are not being used while enjoying free exposure for sales/rentals. Whenever we refer rentals to our members, we ask a 10% commission. Please let us know if you would like to list one or more properties for sale.
