We must explain that the owner of this property is not a standard member of TTT, since he does not own the penthouse outright, but rather is a member of "The Manhattan Club." As a member of the Manhattan Club, he must pay $800 per night for its use. Therefore, he personally pays $400 per night when a TTT member uses the unit. The remaining $400/night must be paid by the TTT member. TTT offers this arrangement strictly as a service to our members. We do not charge any points or transaction fee for the use of this property.
