It is only a short walk to a private beach access leading to the beautiful beaches of Captiva. The property is located on Roosevelt Channel and is alive with wildlife. If you have a need for 4 bedrooms and would like to stay at this location you may have the option of exchanging to the whole property including the 3 bedroom "Hideaway" (T668A) and this "tree house". Excellent golf & tennis available on Sanibel Island, great fishing at Jensen's Marina and beautiful scenery await you when you visit this spectacular location!
