| Each of the 4 villas contains 4 separate townhomes (for a total of 16 villas), each with a great view of the grounds and surrounding rainforest. We provide you with knowledgeable, personal concierge services, making it easy to pre-plan and book activities to enhance your stay. Some of the most popular nearby activites include rainforest tours, kayaking, taking in the sun at the beaches, white water rafting, zip lining canopy tours, and more! Villas 9 and 10 join two town homes together to accommodate a larger group upon request. Each of our 16 villas accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
As you cross the thatch covered veranda and enter your town home, the main floor offers large windows and sliding doors for your viewing enjoyment with rattan roll down shades for privacy. A contemporary, open concept designed living/dining area greets you upon entry. The large, open kitchen includes cabinetry imported from Spain, granite counter tops and dining bar, full size stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped for casual dining or socializing.
A complete bathroom with large shower is conveniently situated on the main floor as well.
The open living area is designed for relaxation and conversation. TV includes cable service (including an ESPN affiliate, CBS, NBC, and TBS) and CD/DVD. Wireless internet service is also provided. The sofa converts into a comfortable sofa-bed accommodating another two guests. All furnishings are contemporary with style and comfort in mind.
Parking is available in front of each town home. All units have wheelchair accessibility to the villa, ground floor of the town home, covered rancho in the center of the four villas and the swimming pool area.
Also available for fractional purchase: 4 weeks @ $29,995 ( 2 weeks in Green Season and 2 weeks in High Season) - $875 annual maintenance fee.
