A short walk past village shops and restaurants takes you to the base of the River Run Gondola and Summit Express lift. In the winter, ski Keystone’s three mountains, and use your lift ticket at Arapaho Basin, Breckinridge, Vail or Beaver Creek, all within easy driving distance or accessible via efficient bus system. Summit County’s other great ski area, Copper Mountain, is also close by. Easy access to airports coupled with Keystone’s night skiing, means that you can usually arrange to ski on both travel days. In summer, golf at the renowned Keystone Ranch links course, or the River Course. Hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and fishing are among other activities available in summer. Keystone is great for families, couples and singles alike. It is home to numerous fine eateries, including three world-class restaurants: the Alpenglow Stube (atop North Peak at 11,400 feet), Ski Tip Ranch and Keystone Ranch, each of which features multi-course, prix fixe meals.
