It is part of Coral Point Estates, a group of three villas, but privacy is protected with lattice. Enjoy the days basking in the sun by the huge shared swimming pool and deck area or on the sheltered, palm-shaded beach. Then, cool off in the villa listening to the Atlantic Ocean roll in against the rocks down below. While all four bedrooms are air conditioned, the main house is open-air for you to enjoy the constant ocean breezes. The family room, kitchen, and dining area are part of one great room and all ceilings throughout the villa are vaulted. Since interior photo was taken, the entire villa has been refitted with new furniture and fixtures. All of the windows and doors were replaced in 2003 and the bathrooms were remodeled then too. The villa walls are made from coral blocks and the architecture is in the same manner as Sam Lord's Castle and hotel, to which the property is directly adjacent and to which guests have access. Included with trade are a daily maid, security, and any other services the agent provides (such as sourcing a cook, extra bed, or grocery pre-orders - food costs and extra labor would be additional, of course). Twin beds may be joined together and made up as king beds, if desired.
