| This charming cozy mud adobe brick guest cottage is situated on 2&1/4 acres in a natural landscape setting that includes saguaro, cholla and prickly pear cactus as well as mesquite and palo verde trees and other natural vegetation, nestled between the Catalina and Rincon mountains in the northeast corner of Tucson, Arizona.
The area is moderately rural and the wildlife can include mule deer, coyote, javalina, bob cat, mountain lion, gila monster, lizards, snakes, roadrunner, racoon, fox, rabbits, and lots of different bird species. There is a nature park a couple miles away with a natural spring and lots of water fowl and other animals. A healthy and refreshing bicycle ride away.
The guest cottage sleeps 2-3 people. Children under 10 are not suggested. The cottage is equipped with a TV and DVD player in the bedroom area, Bose radio/CD player, refrigerator, microwave and toaster ovens, small coffee maker, flatware, extra sheets and towels and lots of brochures telling of all the fun things to do around town and nearby and 2 bicycles. Currently there is no maid service. Laundry facilities on property. Swimming pool is just a jump away and the interior yard is landscaped with natural plants and trees and a sitting area with water feature is just off the guest cottage. Hiking trails are nearby as well as fine restaurants, shopping, golf, horse stables, art galleries, museums, caves, western towns and other fun and entertaining things to do. Shopping in Nogales, Mexico is just 2 hours away (you will need a passport to enter and return) and there are lakes and fishing between 1 to 2 hours away. This a great place to let the cowboy and cowgirl loose in everyone.
