Banyan Tree Private Collection boasts one of the most attractive fees in the destination club industry, with Individual Membership priced at a one-time joining fee and annual fees starting at $150,000 and $3,000 respectively. Members receive seven nights a year at the clubs worldwide destinations and can lock in a lifetime of vacations at the present price level. The payback period of the initial outlay is within seven to eight years. The special Promotional Membership entitles members to a two-week stay in a two-bedroom villa on a yearly basis, with a one-time joining fee of $220,000 and annual dues of $6,000. Corporate Memberships are also available with a one-off joining fee of $250,000 and annual dues of $6,000, which entitles companies to enjoy two weeks a year at BTPCs most luxurious destinations. Banyan Tree Private Collection members enjoy asset-protection as the clubs properties around the globe are safeguarded by an independent company, with shares held by trustee shareholders.
